One steamboat Place, maybe not the best deal in town but this property is 80% sold out is possibly Steamboat’s best real estate asset that has the three L’s – Location, Location, Location being right next to the gondola and as the developers say “absolute beachfront”. I took a tour last week and saw their model and the finishes were excellent and the services and amenities were outstanding. They are now offering 1/12th memberships in addition to the 1/8th which was previously offered. The Timbers has a reputation of achieving good appreciation especially when the property sells out.
